A word or three on PAST LIFE REGRESSION as it is an important and exciting component of my work in the above programs. It has become an important foundational perspective on how I view healing accross the board. PLR can indeed shed healing light on lingering past life trauma -think energetic baggage or incomplete soul contracts you may still be carrying into this lifetime that are contributing to stuckness or old patterns, identifications and story lines that no longer serve you. You may experience a sense or pull to shed something persistent which you can't put your finger on. This could range anywhere from a physical issue that can’t be explained or similarly through an emotional —psychological issue which feels like a wall you cannot scale no matter how hard you try. Usually these phenomena are rooted in something very old -either from your past (aka childhood wounding) or from your past lives or both. Even if you haven’t done any deep inner work, PLR can yet be highly beneficial for all of the reasons I’m sharing here. I like to think of learning past lives as akin to reading or watching the prequel of your current lifetime.

In my experience both in my personal regressions and in regressing others, I have learned that spirit will show you what you most need to see. Nothing more or less. Since you are in a non ordinary state through hypnosis, you are connected to other timelines and realms. I believe spirit communicates here, and will gently guide you ( as will I ) through the most relevant lifetimes to your current situation and challenges. Some people will not regress past the womb as they yet have childhood wounding or a message from that time period in need of witness or deeper understanding and release before going further. This has been my experience and orientation thus far - in some cases, not all, and again depending on what is meant for you and your highest good at the time.

This work is rooted in love and support, there is nothing to fear or doubt. The reasons we do this work are very much aligned with intentions and feelings around healing, shedding, feeling lighter and finding joy. Any strong or nagging conditions, emotions, toxic relationships or experiences may contain energy carried over from soul contracts from lifetimes ago. We do this work to better understand our soul's blueprint as well as to shed the old energetic baggage (related grief, attachment, suffering) in order to live in alignment with our true purpose in this lifetime with all of the joy and happiness and love available to us as our birthright. 

With all of this being said there is no guarantee that you or anyone will be successfully hypnotized or regressed. Still there will be something to take away from the experience, even if it is just your imagination helping to guide you. Brian Weiss will often say that even non believers who successfully regress OR who can’t regress at all can still experience a healing insight, shift or important message somewhere throughout the meditative hypnotic process.

I am bringing immersive programs into 2026 which combine PLR with other deep soul work modalities. I have been building these programs over time with participants seeking a new way of living in this world. These alternative approaches are contained within the programmes listed above. The work is beautiful, humbling and cleansing.
