Shiva Shakti is shown as the hero image on my home page and also in support of the image here in darshan, or practice of divine devotion. This sacred principle is the main character of existence which represents the balance of shadow/light and inner divine masculine and feminine energies; also commonly referred to as yin and yang in other forms. We are all comprised of these seemingly polar opposites. Ultimately, and in its highest form, it is the meeting of consciousness (shiva) and energy (shakti).

This page and my work here represents the integration of the two. The wholeness of the union of self. The force of this dynamic has nudged and guided me since the genesis of my own path. It has since become my very passion to help others connect to and heal these respective energies within; and in doing so achieve their own inner union or wholeness.

When we are out of balance in either of these “polarities”, we are disconnected from our innate spiritual guidance and ultimately from ourselves. Addiction, abuse, greed, violence, apathy and many other forms of self detriment and abandonment often take hold here.

Balance is within the acceptance and fusion of the two sides. It is the recognition thereof that in the duality we discover unity. Healing- best shows us this pathway. The courage to look at our shadow the courage to feel and to act and surrender -and the courage to see the light there. To experience the ability to swim through both without losing sight of either side. We can’t have one without the other. So we must integrate both sides well throughout our lives. We must learn how to stand still and to flow simultaneously.

THIS is the true meaning and purpose of self love and living your true agency for your own life and for the world.

A word or three on PAST LIFE REGRESSION as it is an important and exciting component of this work in the above programs. It has become a guiding foundational perspective on the way I view healing across the board. PLR can shed light on lingering past life trauma -think energetic baggage or incomplete soul contracts you may be carrying into this lifetime which are contributing to stuck-ness or old patterns, identifications and story lines that block you from healing. You may experience a sense or a pull to shed persistent heaviness that you can't quite put your finger on. This could range anywhere from a physical issue that can’t be explained or similarly through an emotional —psychological issue which can feel like a wall you cannot scale no matter how hard you try. Typically, these phenomena are rooted in something very old -either from your past (aka childhood wounding) or from your past lives or both. Even if you haven’t done any deep inner work, PLR can yet be a highly effective entry point into that work. I like to think of learning past lives as akin to reading or watching the prequel of your current lifetime.

This work is rooted in love and support, there is nothing to fear or doubt. The intentions behind this work are rooted in healing, shedding, feeling lighter and living in joy. Any strong or nagging conditions, emotions, toxic relationships or experiences containing energy carried over from prior soul contracts of lifetimes ago can be witnessed, experienced and ultimately cleared. When we better understand our soul's blueprint by releasing past energetic baggage tied to grief, attachment and suffering, we can live in alignment with our true purpose in this lifetime. THEN we can sow the seeds of joy, happiness and love -which are available to each of us as our birthright.
